New Content & Areas

• Introduced Reed’s Castle — a new instance featuring multiple fight sequences, story events, and progression.
• Unlocked Fiora’s Village, a major area home to several new NPCs, homes, and a key new main character with scenes who will advance the main story. Includes a new Inn and two shops with new items.
• Expanded Priscilla’s storyline, now continuing in Fiora’s Village with new scenes.
• Enriched the Fairy Den with 4 additional Fairy scenes.
• Added Rose’s House, located east of the swamp, complete with a new fight sequence and side story scenes.
• Opened a pathway to the city south of the forest, featuring a new side character who includes scenes.
• Developed  the Goblin Territory west of the forest — new enemies, encounters, and two story characters with scenes, one that pushes the plot forward.
• Added the graveyard and crypt east of Fiora’s Village, including new enemies and a maze quest to advance the main story.
• Over 20+ new scenes with existing and new characters
• Optimized all existing areas from v.01 to fit 1280x720 aspect ratio by adding new area designs

Gameplay & Balance

• Introduced new enemies to the database, including Reed, goblins, Rose, and others.
• Added multiple new items, weapons, spells, and armor to the database.
• Reduced encounter rates in both the Forest and the Swamp, as well as keeping that lower rate for encounters in new v.02 areas.
• Adjusted buy/sell prices across multiple items for better balance.
• Polished and refined various pieces of existing dialogue.
• Scenes developed during this update include multiple pictures that try to replicate moods.
• Added directional signs to help navigate areas.
• New areas include interactables where you can find gold, armor, weapons, and stat increases.
• Minimal design tweaks added to multiple areas
• Added a link to the Official Discord on the menu screen.
• Removed Formation button from game menu
• Downloaded versions of the game now show the game title in the top left of the game window
• Added save screens to some sequences that end in game over.
• Replaced an image in one of the v.01 Fairy scenes
• Added dialogue to most containers that don’t contain anything
• Reduced the downloadable file size by omitting unused files and game assets

  What to expect for v.03; a minor update

• Introducing 2 new areas, one west of the farm girl and another north of Reed’s village. Both areas will be connected to a side storyline for the farm girl
• Each new area will have new characters and scenes
• The farm girl will gain additional scenes through the side storyline connected to these new areas
• Will be opening back up Lily’s house where additional scenes and a game over sequence will occur
• Making it possible to try to enter Fiora’s castle, where it will lead to a game over sequence and scenes where you get to meet Fiora
• The two new areas might introduce other places to explore for quests
• Will be possible to go back into one of the goblin tents, unlocking additional scenes
• Adding new items, armor, weapons, and skills to the database
• Refining previous dialogue from v.01 and v.02
• Minimal design touch-ups on previous areas from v.01 and v.02
• Adjusted item prices for better balance

The v.03 update will not include the city, as that is planned for v.04 which will be a major update.
